A Season of Scarves Begins with the Vintage Suzette Stitch Scarf!

The days are getting shorter, the mornings are a little cooler, and there’s that familiar feeling in the air that fall has arrived! As the weather begins to change, our thoughts naturally turn to sweaters, scarves, and all those wonderful cold-weather accessories.
For those of us who crochet, that means one thing, it’s time to get those hooks moving!
Here at D60 Crochet, I’ve been busy working on some new designs, and I’m excited to introduce A Season of Scarves, a collection of three new crochet scarf patterns that I’ll be sharing throughout the rest of October and November.
Each scarf will feature its own unique style and texture, giving you plenty of inspiration for your fall and winter crochet projects.
And we’re starting things off with a classic!
First Up: The Vintage Suzette Stitch Scarf
There’s something about a beautifully textured crochet stitch that never goes out of style, and the Suzette Stitch is a perfect example.
The Vintage Suzette Stitch Scarf combines simple stitches to create a lovely textured fabric with a timeless, vintage-inspired look.
It is made using a combination of single and double crochet stitches, the Suzette Stitch creates a beautiful pattern that’s easy to work and enjoyable to watch take shape. It’s one of those stitches that looks more complicated than it really is!
Whether you’re making a scarf for yourself or getting a head start on handmade holiday gifts, this pattern is a wonderful addition to your crochet project list.
One of the things I love about crocheting scarves is that they’re both practical and fun to make.
The Vintage Suzette Stitch Scarf is just the beginning of A Season of Scarves! I’ll be releasing two more new scarf patterns throughout October and November, each with its own unique design and I can’t wait to share them with you!
