Thank you for shopping at D60 Crochet.
Because we sell digital crochet patterns that are delivered immediately after purchase, all sales are final.
Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase has been completed and the digital file has been delivered or made available for download.
Please read each product description carefully before making your purchase.
Exceptions
If you experience any of the following issues, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve them:
- You purchased the same pattern more than once by mistake.
- You are unable to download your purchased file due to a technical issue on our website.
- You received the wrong digital file.
- The file is corrupt or otherwise unusable.
In these cases, we will make reasonable efforts to provide a replacement file or another appropriate solution. Refunds may be issued at our discretion where appropriate or where required by applicable law.
